My husband and I worked with Anna recently for the purchase of our family home in Lake Cowichan. Having been out of the real estate market for a few years, we were very stressed about being able to find the right home to suit our family’s needs while still being able to stay within our budget, especially with home prices on Vancouver Island being so elevated.Anna went above and beyond, showing us many, many properties in various communities and guided us through the homes, looking for the good, the bad and the ugly to help ensure that we made the right decision. She helped to refer us to a trusted home inspector colleague and after very satisfactory inspection results which had us eager to remove conditions right away, she coached us to pause and work with the home inspector’s results to negotiate a slight price reduction. I was very impressed with this as I felt she really had our back to ensure we were getting the best price possible for our home and any areas of even a slight concern about the property were reflected in the price we were paying.
