Located just below the top of Little Baldy Peak, skiing to the house is very straightforward and there are multiple groomed trails that you can take to reach the Jordanelle Express Gondola at the bottom of the hill. You can also ski to the Mountaineer Express chairlift if you take the trail that runs right behind the property. This home has many desirable features like radiantly-heated floors, a heated driveway, central air conditioning, a temperature-controlled wine room, sauna, five indoor fireplaces, and two heated outdoor patios. The south-facing patio is a fabulous spot to take in the views and have s’mores gathered around the fire pit. Deer Crest allows short term rentals, however this home has never been rented. The community is in the process of constructing an Amenity Park with pickleball courts and there are excellent summertime trails for hiking and mountain biking.
