CONDITIONS:
1. The LESSEE must provide proof of two million dollars ($2,000,000) in liability insurance and maintain it for the duration of the lease. 2. The LESSEE will be responsible for the moving in and moving out costs, payable to the condo management (refer to the building regulations). 4.
