RENTAL CONDITIONS -Cost of minor repairs, up to $350, shall be borne by the Lessee. Over $350, the cost shall be borne by the Lessor, unless said damage is caused by Lessee's neglect or otherwise.
-Notwithstanding La Régie du Logement regulations, a security/damage deposit equivalent to one (1)month's rent is required at least five (5) days prior to the signing of the lease and will be made out to the Lessor's name.
-Tenant must obtain tenant's insurance including civil liability for the duration of the lease. This shall be given to the Lessor prior to taking occupancy.
-The residence shall be returned in the state that it was prior to the leasing, minus normal wear and tear
-Neither smoking nor pets allowed
-House shall not be painted.
-Prior to signing a lease, any prospective Lessee shall provide a credit verification to the Lessor's entire satisfaction
