This property enjoys an exceptional location in St-Irénée. It is located on the edge of the St-Lawrence river, near the most beautiful sea beach on the north bank of the river. Within walking distance, there is a terminus to take the light rail Charlevoix either to go to La Malbaie or to go to Baie St-Paul or to Quebec City: nothing easier for your customers to go in one either of these cities without using their car.
The B&B has an inviting and warm character where guests like to meet to live a few days of pure happiness on the banks of the St-Lawrence River. On the ground floor, 2 comfortable living rooms including 1 with wood stove, can receive many guests: there is also an entrance to go on the front gallery or another to go on the gallery next to the house. The open-concept dining room with kitchen, is spacious enough to accommodate a dozen guests.
The ground floor also includes a full bathroom and a laundry room. The B&B has 5 bedrooms: a room on the ground floor (with private access to the bathroom) and 4 bedrooms upstairs two are spacious enough to put 2 double beds. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Upstairs, there is an exit to the balcony where the views over the river and the sunrises are spectacular.
At the back of the house, there is a reserved area for the owners: there is a large living room, 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a workshop.
