Four piece bathroom with separate shower and jetted tub on the same level. In the basement level you have the convenience of a separate living room with a gas fireplace and a single over double bunk bed for overnight guests. Separate laundry room and additional three piece bathroom.

Small to medium non-shedding dog will be permitted, upon approval by owners. Walking distance to Blue Mountain Village and a short walk to the south chair at Blue Mountain. Short drive to other area ski hills, as well as Collingwood, Thornbury and Blue Mountain for dining and entertainment. For summer rentals tenant will have access to recreation center with outdoor pool and tennis courts.

Deposit of 50% of rental due within two days of the signed lease agreement, with the balance due three weeks prior to lease start date. Listing realtor will write lease. Tenant to provide proof of full time residence prior to accepted lease, and proof of liability insurance prior to lease commencement.
