The apartment offers a consistently high standard with a sleek, modern design. The kitchen and living room are arranged in an open-plan layout, featuring a longitudinal terrace with beautiful views. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and deep window niches extend all the way down to the floor.



Commissioned by Byggnadsfirman Wallin, the renowned Wingårdh Arkitektkontor designed Kvartetten—four modern residential buildings clearly inspired by Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, USA. They are named Sopranen, Alten, Tenoren, and Basen, after the four original voices of a quartet. With clean, stylish façades in glass and aluminum in harmonious metallic tones, they form a beautiful, functional, and visionary part of the city.
