The property Rösunda 36:43, Westmanska Gården, is a well-known and prominently located manor house in central Saltsjöbaden. The building is within a short walking distance to Hotellviken, swimming areas, the Grand Hotel, and the Saltsjöbanan railway. This culturally and historically significant building was constructed in 1903 and designed by Carl Westman, one of the most renowned architects of the time.
Veidekke renovated and converted the beautiful house into nine attractive condominium apartments, which were ready for occupancy in 2005. The housing association was formed in 2002 and acquired the property in 2005. The association consists of 9 apartments, all of which are owned as condominiums. Brf Westmanska Gården is one of four co-owners of the Rösunda Joint Property Association. The other co-owners are Brf Badhotellet, Brf Parkvillorna, and Saltsjöbaden Hospital.
