This building is located on a large landscaped plot overlooking the sea, surrounded by vegetation and taking advantage of the slope of the land. Facing southwest, it offers views of the Vigo estuary and optimal exposure to the sun with direct access to the beach.
It consists of six dwellings distributed on upper floors, as well as a basement for cellar spaces, storage and installations. Although it lacks a lift, its installation is technically feasible. The garage, located in a separate building, has capacity for four vehicles and is a covered space.
