Unique urbanizable plot according to the PGOU of Ferrerías of 26,000 square meters of approximately 170 meters on each side located at the entrance of this paradigmatic Cala de Menorca.

It allows and guarantees the construction of up to 17 plots of around 900 square meters each (minimum 800) where a detached single-family house can be located with a ground floor and an upper floor of up to 265 square meters with a pool and commercial spaces. It plans to include a green area with a park system for rest and children's play, a bike lane, parking spaces, and two small roads.

The urbanization project has been approved. The urbanization works include the construction of the roads and parking spaces, conditioning of green areas, and installation of the urban services described in the partial plan.

It has a budget for material execution with the provision of connecting the rainwater network to the stream and connections to the current drinking water network and sewage system, the MT/BT Transformation Center and its corresponding buried M.T. lines, intended for the supply of electricity to the set of plots and their common services.
