We don't think there was a better place for this fairy tale property than Covasna, the place with virgin forests untouched by man for over 300 years. It is therefore logical that the property is surrounded by dense forest and that wood is permanently present inside as well, creating a warm, calm and inviting atmosphere.
Hatod Manor is designed to receive 14 guests, being set up as a chic guesthouse. The main building has a special architecture, the slanting beams creating a fairytale atmosphere. With two communicating kitchens, two bathrooms, an office and a living room with a fireplace, the ground floor is a perfectly arranged common space. The mansion has four double and two triple rooms – bright, quiet spaces with modern bathrooms and solid wood furniture; heavy drapes keep the cold, or frost, away and invite relaxation. A wood-burning sauna, a Praid salt barrrel-- style bath, a jacuzzi and a separate living room for movies and games were also created for well-being. Children enjoy an area specially designed for them, with an outdoor playground. For parties there is a terrace, barbecue and a professional sound system, while for exploring the area the mansion provides bicycles and an ATV. The stone-walled cellar is a good home for the owner's wine collection. Illuminated green spaces and wooden outbuildings contribute to the fairytale atmosphere.

Those interested in exploring the area will be overwhelmed by the countless options – neo-baroque castles and fortified churches, water mills, stables, adventure parks, wildlife observatories (ostriches and bears), bike trails, horse riding and fishing and of course, mineral waters, the skunks and traditional baths.
