All three sons of the Teodoreanu family were at the front in the war that gave birth to Greater Romania, but they remained emotionally attached to the property, so Alexandru, one of them would buy back the building. At the same time, the family name is closely linked to Romanian culture, Ionel Teodoreanu leaving a strong mark on the Romanian literary landscape through his evocative writings of childhood and adolescence. With a rich history and remarkable architecture, this property was even the scene of famous moments contained in the wonderful trilogy "La Medeleni".
