The property called Quinta da Cruz represents a rustic land with 205,800 square meters. The plot faces south and west with a wide view of the Atlantic and a steep slope. It is bounded to the north by a water channel and to the south by road 247. It comprises extensive vegetation and various species of trees, including fruit trees and a building, visible from the road, designated as an agricultural dependency.
