The rustic land under analysis is located very close to the Galp service area in Palmela (it borders the A2 at around 280m), is situated on the south bank of the Tagus in the municipality of Palmela and is surrounded by the municipalities of Setúbal, Montijo, Barreiro and Pegões. Its location benefits from communication routes such as the A2 (Lisbon / Setúbal), the A12 (Lisbon / Algarve) which connects to the A1 (Lisbon / Porto). The center of Lisbon is easily reached via the A2 or A12, and Lisbon International Airport is around 35 minutes away. The land consists of eight articles totaling 255,404m2.
