This beautiful four bedroom penthouse is located in the famous community of Pedregal, which is known as the ¨Hollywood of Cabo¨. It’s location is one hard to beat, as downtown and the popular Medano Beach are only a 5 to 7 minute drive away. This location is also perfect to enjoy a morning or afternoon walk to the marina or even to the nearby farmers market (open on select days – Wednesday from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm and Saturday from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm) restaurants, small supermarket and even a gym and spa in the small plaza a few blocks away.

As you walk in to the residence itself, you will be immediately greeted by stunning downtown, ocean and marina views. You will then find the fully equipped gourmet kitchen area that has a large granite bar and wood cabinets, all the appliances needed, including a Nespresso machine for the coffee lovers. Washer-dryer is also available and found in the pantry area. We can pre-stock groceries or other items before your arrival upon request as well!

Guests will feel right at home in the cozy living room with fireplace, and Smart TV, of course. The Dining room table seats 8 people, which also features direct access to a large terrace with an outdoor living area, fire pit and BBQ.

All the bedrooms have smart TV's and full bathrooms, with the Master featuring a wonderfully relaxing jetted tub. This master also has its own access to the terrace.
