Designed by architect Tommaso Buzzi, the villa blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape, taking advantage of the natural amphitheater that surrounds it.

A distinctive architectural feature is the swimming pool, whose shape recalls that of Lake Varese, harmoniously integrating with the surrounding garden. The entire property is surrounded by an 11-hectare park, with a majestic 800-meter driveway. The villa also features a water system with a private spring and a collection basin, ensuring sustainable resource management.

The elegant lines and custom-made furnishings created by Buzzi give the villa a timeless atmosphere, typical of the neoclassical Art Deco movement.
