Completed in 2021, the residence has been designed as a contemporary coastal retreat that responds carefully to its setting. Full-height sliding glass panels allow the outdoor and indoor spaces to function as one continuous living environment, while the restrained palette of stone, timber, and soft neutral tones keeps the focus firmly on the surrounding landscape and water beyond.
The principal living area occupies the central floor, where a minimalist fireplace anchors the space beneath floating timber staircases and double-height glazing. Large openings frame uninterrupted sea views, while three en suite bedrooms on this level open directly toward private terraces and planted outdoor areas. From the bedrooms, the coastline remains constantly present, particularly in the late afternoon as the western light moves across the water.
The lower pool level introduces additional accommodation together with a fully equipped fitness room and wellness area. A separate guest house, positioned closer to the shoreline approximately 20 metres from the sea, provides independent accommodation with direct proximity to the water and additional privacy for visitors.
Outside, the terraces extend gradually into the landscape through olive trees, stone pathways, and planted gardens. A 77 sqm heated infinity pool projects toward the horizon, accompanied by a Jacuzzi and a series of shaded seating areas positioned to capture the evening light over the Ionian. The elevated setting allows uninterrupted sunset views across the coastline, while the surrounding vegetation protects the property from neighbouring sightlines and wind exposure.
