Great house steps from the Zapallar beach, designed by the architect Gonzalo Mardones.
This spectacular house aims to take advantage of the place where it is located, which was designed to enjoy the views of the sea, the breaking waves, the Cerro la Cruz, and walk to Zapallar beach along the path.
The house, on several levels, has the following distribution:


Main level:
Wide entrance hall, modern and fully equipped kitchen which has access to the loggia and service rooms, dining room, and an exit to the outside where there is a forklift that connects with the barbecue area below. On this level and connected to the kitchen, there is a spacious dining room with access to a practical outdoor terrace to enjoy after eating. At the other end of this level are the main bedroom, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, walk-in closet, and access to a terrace. There is a guest bathroom and an exterior ladder that goes up to the rooftop of the house where you can take advantage of that space and enjoy the spectacular view.


Level 1:
This entire level was practically designed to be used and enjoyed by the family as it is a large space that is used as a living room, where there is a fireplace, bar, and an exit to a huge terrace also with a fireplace and access to the garden where the pool and the barbecue. At the other end of this level and following the line below the main suite is another comfortable suite.


Level 2:
This floor is intended for bedrooms, following the line below the other suites, which is the last suite. Towards the other end, two large bedrooms share a bathroom. This floor has access to the garden.


Level 3:
This floor is used as a large family room, with comfortable armchairs and game tables. It has a bedroom and a bathroom. This floor which is below ground level has an exit to an exterior terrace that gives it natural light.


Exterior:
The garden of this house is the sea and its view. It is located in an environment that invites you to sit on the barbecue and enjoy the views or rest in the endless pool.
