House on the sand, surrounded by lush forest, on the quiet and privileged beach of Itapororoca, with its blue waters whose corals at low tide form pools, it is a true haven of peace just minutes from the Quadrado. The design of the house was by Davi Bastos and the landscaping by Luiz Carlos Orsini, favoring the integration of the house with the gardens, the pool and the sea, in addition to offering all the comfort and facilities of a hotel. In the main house, the entrance extends through the living room and from there to a covered deck that leads to the garden and access to the beach support. The living area comprises a living room, a dining room with 12 seats and a veranda that connects with the pool and garden. The main living room connects on the other hand with the lavatory, tv room and two ground floor suites. A staircase and a small elevator give access to the master suite with a balcony and views of the sea and garden. There are three suites in the main house and five in the bungalows, all opening onto the gardens and equipped with air conditioning, internet, fiber optics, cable TV and minibar. It has a large gym with treadmill, exercise bike, bodybuilding and pilates station, air conditioning, cable TV, lavatory and is complete with a massage room integrated with the garden. The beach garden develops around a lawn and has a circular square with a stone floor, shaded by native trees, with a table for meals and a mobile barbecue. The 25 meter swimming pool has heating, an outdoor shower and a lavatory with an indoor garden. From the garden, a small walkway leads to the beach with ten sunbeds. In-house staff trained to offer a gastronomic experience and all the comforts of a hotel. The Condomínio de Itapororoca subdivision has a concierge with security, controlled entrance and beach guards.
