The house is situated in a valley with the sea in the background. In this valley there is a beautiful native forest and the Trancoso River, for this reason there is a constant breeze. The decoration is sophisticated but at the same time very relaxing. The landscaping is done with native plants. The deck surrounds the entire exterior of the house. The house faces the large 12 meter swimming pool. There are five suites, all with air conditioning.
