The residence has several modern resources, such as a lighting project created by Mingrone, a Russian eye for works of art, armored doors for social entrance and service, curtains, air conditioning, automated lighting and ambient sound, Hitachi central air conditioning, professional high speed internet cabling and quality antennas, home theater with grounding and dedicated electrical circuit. In addition, the acoustic project was developed by the specialized company Giner, with sound regulation and 4K projection by a THX specialist, George Lucas. The BW speakers, used in the Abbey Road studio, were also installed in the residence. The penthouse also has a retractable ceiling lift for TV in the Family Room, doors from the Panorama gourmet space imported from Portugal, in addition to thermal and acoustic comfort. The Italian porcelain floor was used in the gourmet space, on the verandas and in the guest bathroom on the upper floor. For the kitchen, Ornare cabinets and a Kitchens kitchen with refrigerators, stove, dishwasher, microwave and Viking range hood were chosen, in addition to an Engefood professional electric oven. Toto brand Japanese toilets were installed in the residence, along with French toilet valves in the bathrooms. German showers were used in the couple's bathrooms in the master suite, which has a soundproof window and quadruple glass.
