The other building is intended for guests, featuring a living room with kitchen, three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, as well as two extra bathrooms. The property has facilities for two employees, a service bathroom, two storage rooms and a caretaker's house with living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There also is a river that forms a natural water pool, a wood-burning sauna, a beach tennis court, a helipad and a garage for more than 10 cars. The water used in the house comes from a water spring, without any chemical additives.
