Located in Pontal do Atalaia. House designed by the architect Sérgio Bernardes, with a wide view and direct access to the beach, considered one of the most beautiful in Brazil. It has a plot of land with approximately thirty-three thousand square meters. There are five annexed houses for guests, gym, and laundry. The main house has two floors. The first floor is composed of living room, dining room, kitchen, and toilet. In the intimate area there are five suites with balconies and stunning views of the sea, an attached library in the master suite, and an office with an attached pantry.
