North Star is a traditional Abaco beach house constructed by renowned local builder Floyd Albury. The home’s exposed beams, open floor plan, and panoramic views evoke the ambiance of an expertly crafted wooden ship, for which the Albury family is famed.

In case of electrical outages , a propane generator with automatic transfer switch powers the entire house.

The secluded North End Beach on the Atlantic side is less than 100 paces away and easily accessed via public right-of-way. Boat dockage (including overnight) is available at the North End “Gans” dock, reachable within 2-3 minutes via golf cart.
