Arenales” is an exclusive residential development in Recoleta, designed by the renowned Hampton-Rivoira studio. Located on Arenales Street, directly across from Plaza Vicente López, the project involved the restoration and enhancement of a building originally constructed in 1910. The goal was to preserve its original style and functionality while upgrading its quality and incorporating modern design elements.
