Graceland is a delightfully crafted villa nestled on the shore of Crawl Bay, Antigua and just a ten-minute drive from the historic English Harbour Town.
Designed with family in mind the main house boasts a ultra-modern kitchen with high end appliance brands such as German manufacturer Schulle, Miele and Siemens with Corian worktops.
The main house comprises of the master bedroom en-suite which opens directly to the pool lounge areas, as well as a fabulous rooftop sunbathing sea view deck with artificial turf. The infinity pool is accented with a fountain and offers a direct view of the Bay. The front of the house is fitted with hurricane proof double glazed sliding glass doors with integrated blinds that opens the entire front of the house up to the swimming pool and the bay. The porch area is also fitted with hurricane proof shutters that provides added security and safeguard from inclement weather conditions. The villa has touch sensitive mood lighting throughout, full air-conditioning, a solar array and smart security system.
The guest cottage is also fitted with a German Schuller kitchen with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Both the main house and guest cottage are fully air-conditioned and there is a back-up generator to service the entire property in the event of a power outage.
The entertainment Gazebo takes outdoor living to the next level as it consists of an open bar, Teppanyaki BBQ, a fully fitted Schuller kitchen including Miele appliances with a large screen TV, seating area for 12 persons and a seated dining area. The gazebo is also closed off by electric roller hurricane proof shutters whilst not in use. To top it all off is an 8-seater Jacuzzi. It also hosts a WC and vanity area.
Graceland is served with tanked water heated by solar power (with electricity back up) and mains electricity, high speed internet, and has large back up water storage cisterns and a generator. The entire property is covered by a high spec alarm system with over 26 surveillance cameras that allows the owner to view the property 24 hours per day whilst away from the property with DVR recording to apple and android devices no matter where in the world the owner is.
Graceland is fully walled and accessed by electric sliding gate and is situated on 0.38 acres of land.
