Nevin L. Low

I have been a Realtor since 1989 working at large, international real estate firms and am involved in all areas of commercial and residential real estate including land development projects, residential sales, commercial sales and leasing, commercial investment and consulting, office turnkey developments and international client representation and relocation (including government and non-government clients). I am a licensed Associate Broker (since 1990) dedicated to meeting the high standards of my profession. I am also a Member of the Quarter Century Club with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (25+ years as active member of REBGV).

As of June 2023, I am pleased to return home to Sotheby’s International Realty Canada to continue working in multiple time zones to service my domestic (Canada), North America (Canada and United States) and international clients with their real estate needs locally and globally, including: commercial, industrial, investment, and land properties; residential properties; sales and leasing; joint ventures; property portfolios; project marketing and pre-sales with developers and their development projects (single developments to large scale, master-planned communities); and off-market transactions.

I was previously with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada from 2003-2016 and active in senior corporate management roles including Senior Vice President and Managing Broker, as well as serving my clients in real estate brokerage and consulting as an Associate Broker. I also interfaced with Sotheby’s Auction House and other SIR global offices; and travelled to Asia and USA to see clients and develop new opportunities. During this time, I had the longest tenure in the entire Canadian organization.

I have previously sat as a Vice President and Director on bilateral trade organizations to promote Canadian and international business. I have also been involved in philanthropic activities over the course of my professional career.
