Nathan serves as Managing Broker in the BC Interior, with a focus on advisor performance, mentorship, brokerage culture, and brand stewardship. He brings a calm, high-standards approach to leadership and is known for helping professionals build businesses they are proud of, with consistency, care, and strong fundamentals.
He also serves as Vice Chair of the Professional Compliance Committee for the Association of Interior REALTORS®, contributing to governance and professionalism within the industry.
Nathan is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal in recognition of his longstanding service to the Okanagan community. He is a Knight of Honour in the Sovereign Order of St. John, Knights Hospitaller, reflecting a commitment to service beyond the profession. His community involvement most recently includes serving on the board as Vice Chair of the Child Advocacy Centre of Kelowna.
A co-founder of Kelowna Actors Studio, Nathan remains active in the arts as a producer, director, performer, and mentor. Across brokerage leadership, community service, and the arts, he is guided by the belief that strong culture and thoughtful stewardship create trust and lasting impact.
