Nancy Savard

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Nancy Savard blends her passion for helping others with a dedication to excellence and a deep knowledge of the profession. Since embarking on her real estate career in 2004, she has played a pivotal role in driving success across various real estate agencies in Quebec, including RE/MAX and Via Capitale.
Her extensive professional expertise includes serving on the board of directors of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board (now the Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers), as well as participating in key committees such as Governance, Professional Practice in Real Estate Brokerage and Centris. Her commitment to professional development and education led her to serve on the Board of Directors of the Collège de l'Immobilier du Québec. Since 2020, Nancy has also brought her deep expertise in ethics and compliance to her role as Vice President of the OACIQ’s Syndic Decision Review Committee.
As Managing Director at Sotheby’s International Realty Québec, Nancy is committed to fostering broker and client success, strengthening brokerage operations and administration, advancing best practices and continuing the expansion of the Sotheby’s International Realty Québec brand and business in key regions across the province, including the Greater Montreal area, along with Saint-Sauveur, Brossard, the Eastern Townships (Knowlton), Mont Tremblant, Quebec City and Magog.
