Nancy Deprez

Nancy Deprez is currently a resident and homeowner in both North Vancouver, BC and Long Beach, California. Being licensed and able to serve two premium real estate markets in British Columbia and California, she embodies the notion of being a true Global Real Estate Advisor for Sotheby's International Realty. Passionate about real estate, especially on the west coast, she enjoys working with clients on their purchases and sales of residential and commercial property, and specializes in several niche markets including trust and probate sales, investment property, and luxury primary homes. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of British Columbia, and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California State University Los Angeles. Nancy lives with her husband, tax attorney Johan Deprez, and they enjoy spending time with family and friends, and going to the gym.
