While this appears high, it includes hydro, water, heating, indoor pool, games room, 24 hour caretaker, and recreational facilities, and can easily be more than covered by renting your cabin on a short term basis. As per zoning restrictions, no long-term rentals and this cannot be a principal residence but you can enjoy your own time, and there is high demand for renting these units to offset costs.
