Mel McCartney

Mel is a real estate professional that genuinely cares about her clients and the service that she provides, and has always felt honoured to be part of the original Sotheby's team in Calgary.

She is a dynamic yet caring professional, and this is attested by her balancing her previous career in Nursing with a growing family of 4 children, and has enjoyed helping / caring for people all of her professional life. She is proud to have her R N (R.G.N) designation and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Health.(B.Sc.Hons)

Mel moved with her family from England, to Canada, in 2001, and is proud to call Calgary home for the last 20 years.

Since 2006 Mel has developed a flourishing career in Real Estate, by focusing on her clients by listening intently their particular requirements and also by ensuring she is continuously up to date with the market, continuing her education and her main priority is providing excellent service and guidance.

Mel likes to 'give' back and be involved in the community, so she volunteers at the local schools that her children attend and within her many social groups and also has a website, aimed specifically at helping Brits which is a resource for people planning to move to Canada, by offering friendly information and guidance.
