With a career spanning over 35 years, Marc Perras brings a rare blend of experience, education, and integrity to every transaction. Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Marc’s professional journey began in the field of architecture—laying a foundation for his deep understanding of structure and design. He went on to earn a diploma in Sales & Marketing and a Business Degree before obtaining his real estate license, building a multidisciplinary perspective that continues to distinguish his practice today.

Marc’s clients benefit from a uniquely comprehensive approach. His ability to evaluate homes not only for their architectural merit but also their strategic position within the marketplace ensures his buyers and sellers are empowered to make informed, confident decisions.

Marc served on the Edmonton REALTORS® Association Board of Directors for nearly a decade and was elected President in 2008. He also contributed to the Alberta Real Estate Association Board, where he worked on governance initiatives, professional development, and affordable housing policy. A strong advocate for mentorship and community, Marc has guided dozens of new agents, many of whom have gone on to build thriving careers of their own.

As a licensed Broker since 2007 and the leader of a brokerage with over 100 agents, Marc has built his business on trust, results, and long-standing relationships—earning a 97% referral rate and the privilege of working with multiple generations within the same families.
