Laurence Ledoux

As Marketing Manager for Sotheby's International Realty Québec, Laurence Ledoux provides strategic and tactical marketing services to real estate brokers across the province. She is a senior marketing professional with extensive and diverse international experience, spanning luxury marketing, trade marketing, digital marketing, public relations, CRM implementation and event management.

After completing her Bachelor of Business Administration with specializations in Marketing and Finance at HEC Montréal, Laurence moved to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates where she established her marketing career at large multinational companies and built a strong, diverse foundation as a truly international marketer. Initially, she worked as a Marketing Executive for JCDecaux, the largest outdoor advertising corporation in the world before shifting into the luxury goods industry. She then joined the Richemont group as a Marketing Executive for the exclusive watchmaking house, Roger Dubuis where she planned multi-million dollar media campaigns, global PR strategies, trade marketing initiatives and launched high-profile, celebrity-endorsed events. After five years in the Middle East, Laurence moved to Brussels, Belgium, where she worked as a marketing consultant across multiple, mid-sized European companies and deepened her training in digital marketing.

In 2021, Laurence moved back to Montréal, where she joined a Canadian software company, overseeing all marketing activities with a strong focus on digital activations. She was also in charge of setting up the CRM and automation platform for the organization.

Laurence joined Sotheby’s International Realty Québec in 2022 as Marketing Manager, where she now leads a talented team of graphic design and marketing professionals in providing marketing and design services to real estate brokers across the province, while also supporting the delivery of both national and international corporate marketing initiatives.
