Kevin McLoughlin

I grew up in Oakville Ontario, just outside the City of Toronto. After completing secondary school and a 3 year detour to Banff Alberta to ski Lake Louise, I attended the University of Western Ontario and graduated in 1999. After meeting my wife and settling in Toronto’s Beaches area, I left an accomplished, award winning career in sales and sales management in order to provide myself and my family with more freedom of opportunities. Following my interest in architecture and beautiful homes, I began a career in real estate and my reputation as a qualified advisor quickly rose.

In 2013 our growing family purchased a chalet in the Collingwood area and we began spending our winter weekends making the trek from the city to the beautiful Blue Mountains area to spend time skiing with family. Winter weekends and holidays quickly
turned into spending whatever free time we could in the area, taking advantage of all the amazing lifestyle offerings the Southern
Georgian Bay area has to offer. It wasn’t long until our passion for this community and all of its incredible attributes turned towards conversations around how we can make this our permanent home?

When I look back, what was inevitable turned to reality and our family made the decision to move to the Blue Mountains and become full time residents. We haven’t looked back! I currently live in the Alta Road neighbourhood near the base of Alpine Ski Club with my wife and 2 young children. 2022 saw the formation of a new partnership with Sotheby’s real estate advisor Kerri-Ann Brownlee. The formation of Kevin & Kerri-Ann Associates has been one of the best business decisions I have been a part of. Our collective 25 years of real estate knowledge has proven invaluable to our clients. We also bring a wealth of area knowledge and insight. We complement each other’s work styles and ethics. Great things lay ahead, and we look forward to servicing our clients
