Kelly Raabe

As a lifetime resident of the Vancouver Area, I initiated my career in real estate in 2003 with Polygon Homes, one of the most esteemed and sizable home builders in Metro Vancouver. I have been instrumental in the transactions of several distinctive properties across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Simon Fraser University, majoring in Communication with a minor in Publishing. This academic background has solidified my understanding of the significance of various marketing mediums, ranging from social and technical to traditional. Acknowledging the distinctiveness of each client’s goals and needs, I prioritize discerning these unique objectives to subsequently render the most effective amalgamation of real estate marketing and negotiation strategies to realize optimal results for my clients.

I consistently engage in professional development courses related to Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, offered by the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Recent courses include Agricultural Valuation, Multi-Family Property Valuation, and Real Estate Consulting: Forecasting, among others.

I specialize in the Downtown and West Side neighbourhoods of Vancouver, focusing particularly on UBC, Coal Harbour, and Yaletown. Additionally, my proficiency extends to the North Shore, Burnaby, SFU, and other regions including Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore, and Belcarra, as well as premium locations in the Fraser Valley.

I collaborate with a diverse clientele, ranging from first-time homebuyers and families to investors and proprietors of luxury properties. I am an ardent Real Estate Investor and a member of the Real Estate Investment Network (R.E.I.N), regularly participating in various real estate investment seminars and enthusiastically assisting my clients in realizing their financial aspirations through real estate investments.
