With a distinguished 20 years career in real estate, Jihane has successfully facilitated transactions across Montreal, Dubai, and Bali Beginning her journey in Montreal in 2005, she relocated to Dubai in 2007, where she spent a decade mastering international real estate sales as well as online media in the real estate industry while connecting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with prime investment opportunities worldwide. Between 2009 and 2013, she played a pivotal role in training and mentoring real estate agents in Dubai, focusing on effective property listing and sales strategies driven by market psychology to maximize value.

Jihane’s portfolio includes prestigious transactions such as the first-ever online marketing campaign for Palazzo Versace Residences Dubai, high-end luxury properties in Canada, and boutique hotels in Bali.

Her extensive network, built over years of successful transactions, positions Jihane as a trusted advisor in real estate investment and sales.

Having rapidly achieved success in Montreal, Jihane moved to Dubai in 2007 to deepen her expertise in luxury and off-plan real estate. Within just three weeks of her arrival, she closed her first transaction— a condo at Shoreline in Palm Jumeirah—setting the stage for many more achievements.

In 2012, Jihane founded CasaYou in Dubai and partnered with Luxury SQFT, a media and publishing company dedicated to connecting HNWIs across international luxury real estate markets, including Sydney, Hong Kong, Cape Town, Munich, London, and New York.

Since returning to Montreal in 2019, she has seamlessly integrated her global expertise into the local real estate market, completing hundreds of successful transactions.
