Georges Gaucher

As Regional Director, Quebec, Georges Gaucher offers support and service to Sotheby’s International Realty Québec’s brokers and clients, and oversees brokerage operations and administration, as well as the continued growth of the brand and business across the province.

Georges is a renowned leader in the real estate industry, having held influential positions at institutions such as the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board’s Board of Directors and Audit Committee; the Board of Directors of the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec, Quebec’s largest real estate school; and director of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), the province’s industry regulatory body, and chair of their Ethics and Governance Committee. Georges is currently a sitting Board Director with the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).

He joins Sotheby’s International Realty Canada from Royal LePage, where he was General Manager overseeing multiple offices and over a hundred brokers, as well as Vice-President, responsible for corporate offices in Eastern Canada. He has been a member of L’Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec as a Certified Administrator since 1996.
