Erica Jackson Weingart

Erica is a senior-level creative luxury marketing professional who brings 12 years of progressive experience, including a decade with the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand, to her role as Regional Marketing Manager, Eastern Canada.

An Italian-Canadian originally from the Greater Toronto Area, Erica lived in Paris (France) and Atlanta (U.S.A.) before recently relocating back home to Toronto with her family. She first began her career as a marketing consultant and graphic designer, assisting individuals and companies with their branding and different marketing initiatives. She then worked in marketing and promotions at The CW Atlanta/CBS Corporation prior to becoming an integral part of the marketing team at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty in 2014. Very knowledgeable in brand development and sustainability, along with an excellent eye for design, comprehensive knowledge of the marketing design process, and experience working on a wide variety of projects, Erica played a transformational role during her tenure with the team in Atlanta, especially in the development, creation and execution of the company’s agent marketing and custom design services, new construction branding and developer marketing services, and extensive collection of corporate brand collateral, tools and resources.

Now at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, Erica works alongside our talented brand marketing, graphic design and marketing technology teams to deliver white-glove marketing services to agents, brokers and development projects in key Eastern Canadian markets from Ontario to Nova Scotia, while also supporting the delivery of both national and international corporate marketing initiatives. As a key point of contact and brand liaison, Erica provides brand orientation and training, advises on and develops creative and strategic customized marketing plans, manages the design and production of best-in-class print, event, and digital marketing materials, and delivers hands-on project management support from initial consultation and planning through to execution.

Erica’s strengths lie in her deep regard for quality and detail, intentional and distinguished design, artfully crafted communications, and an unwavering dedication to repeated excellence. She specializes in visual, editorial, and graphic design, branding, creative execution, strategic print and digital marketing, social media, art, public relations, developing and implementing new processes and organizations, strong written and verbal communications, and event planning and project management. Furthermore, Erica’s international background gives her a unique perspective and understanding of both international and multicultural relations — especially in working with a global brand and clientele.

Erica and her husband, Ryan, live in the Greater Toronto Area with their daughter, Olivia.
