This experience ignited her passion for real estate, which has driven her to buy and sell properties across Vancouver Island since the age of 22. Now, as a member of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, she draws from a lifetime of personal and professional experience in property development, renovations, and sales to confidently serve as your strategic real estate advisor and facilitator.

With more than 20 years of experience as a successful business founder and owner, coupled with a career in executive communications, a degree in Biochemistry, and a background as a multi-sport athlete, Eileen brings extensive client-focused expertise to every transaction. As a dual citizen, she is licensed in both British Columbia and the State of Hawaii, and is equipped to help navigate the nuances between USA and Canada for healthcare and other professionals looking to purchase or lease in Canada.

Eileen enjoys giving back to her community. For more than a decade, she contributed to the Victoria Hospice Society as Board Director, VP, and President. Additionally, she served on the board for Tyee Aquatic Club and is a member of the University of Victoria’s Public Relations Diploma Program Steering Committee.
