David brings over 44 years experience in residential and development sales. With exhaustive research and analysis of ever changing market conditions, he has successfully advised clients through recessionary and inflationary market swings.

David listens, before sharing expertise with clients. He is sensitive to the emotional energies of real estate decision making, but always stays objective with observations and recommendations.

Servicing Toronto and the GTA, with a focus on York Region, David works with first time buyers and experienced home-owners alike, dealing in everything from one bedroom condos to luxury country estates.

With his professional contracting background, David is experienced in assessing practical problems of design and maintenance, but always with an appreciation for existing quality, for both are determining factors of value in a purchase or sale.

In his spare time, David enjoys gardening, renovation projects (often with family or friends), writing poetry with his morning coffee and volunteering at the Varley Art Gallery Markham for fundraising events.
