David is a personable and highly knowledgeable agent representing purchasers and vendors of luxury homes and condominiums in the greater Vancouver area. In his first year in real estate, David was the top new agent in his office and won the Director’s Award for outstanding sales achievement. Having mentored with one of Vancouver's top agents, he has mastered successful negotiation techniques and brings a wealth of progressive marketing strategies to his clients.

David comes to Sotheby's international Realty Canada after a successful business development career in the green energy sector, where he honed his negotiations skills and helped secure numerous long-term contracts with some of North America's largest energy producers.

A true Vancouverite, born and raised on the North Shore, David has intimate knowledge of all areas of the Lower Mainland and is following a long standing family tradition of real estate professionals as his grandfather, mother and brother were all successful REALTORS®. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree focusing on marketing and entrepreneurship.
