David Reid

David Reid is Regional Manager, Central Northern Ontario, responsible for Sotheby’s International Realty Canada offices in Port Carling, Gravenhurst, Huntsville, and also a large office in Collingwood.

David has been passionately serving the real estate industry since 2003, helping clients buy or sell homes and cottages in the Muskoka region. In 2010, David and his business partner executed a dream of opening their own real estate brokerage, Enjoy Muskoka Realty. They established a highly successful, independent real estate brokerage with offices in Gravenhurst and Bracebridge that stood out for its unique family culture and stellar customer care.

Enjoy Muskoka Realty was acquired by Sotheby’s International Realty Canada in 2021, and David assumed a key management position as Regional Manager for Central Northern Ontario.

A respected member leader in the real estate industry, David has served as President of the Ontario Real Estate Association (2018). He is also a former President of the Lakelands Association of Realtors® and has served on various committees.
