Brian was formerly commercial real estate focused, and for the past three years, luxury residential focused. The asset may be different, but the skill set is the same: advice, based on rock solid market intelligence, to allow the client to make the right decision that is best for them.
There is a finesse in negotiating: knowing when to push and when to pull back is his forte. Perhaps not so different than playing a round of golf: looking at the challenge ahead and coming up with a game plan to win.
Brian holds a B.A. in Marketing Communications degree from The University of Western Florida.
