Brian has excelled in his 30-year real estate career by guiding some of Canada’s hardest working and most prominent businesspeople in dealing with their real estate holdings. Brian was formerly commercial real estate focused, and for the past three years, luxury residential focused. The asset may be different, but the skill set is the same: advice, based on rock solid market intelligence, to allow the client to make the right decision that is best for them.

There is a finesse in negotiating: knowing when to push and when to pull back is his forte. Perhaps not so different than playing a round of golf: looking at the challenge ahead and coming up with a game plan to win.

Brian holds a B.A. in Marketing Communications degree from The University of Western Florida.

His focus is representing premier homes in the prestigious neighbourhoods of west Toronto and Etobicoke.
