As a former banker and bookkeeper, Jane Mooy has a highly developed flair for calculations and crunching data. A stickler for detail, Jane thoroughly appreciates the importance of comprehensive research when it comes to preparing a property for market or analyzing for purchase.

Throughout her 17 years in the constantly evolving real estate markets, Jane deftly and calmly navigates through mountains of comparative information to consistently produce highly successful results for her valued clients. She also dedicated time to elevate her knowledge and real estate status by becoming a Broker allowing her to fully understand the myriad of complexities in the real estate profession.

Complimenting Sotheby’s state of the art research and marketing technology, Jane’s exceptionally proficient social media skills allows her Team to stretch beyond conventional platforms to maximize, embellish and influence marketing reach for all of their client’s active listings.

Jane has her ASA (Accredited Seniors Agent) designation and is skilled with the specialized complexities of estates, wills, retirement and tax law issues. She creates strong bonds with her senior clients who place their complete trust in her guiding them through the often complex and emotionally charged process of buying or selling their homes.

Since 2015, Jane has been an active member at the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board volunteering her time and knowledge to help maintain the strictest and highest of standards of all agents at the Toronto Real Estate Board.

Jane’s always been known to “put others before herself” in both business and her personal life. That is evident with her strong, long-term relationships with her clients. Some of her volunteer works includes Jack.org, The Rotary Club, The Shelter Foundation, Canadian Breast Cancer, and Sick Kids. She has lived in Moore Park most of her life and settled there with her husband to raise their 3 children. Still living in and loving Moore Park and now Grandparents of 2!
