She has quickly established herself as a young leader in Calgary’s real estate industry and a trusted source of market knowledge. Previously, she served as Vice President at Urban Analytics, a real estate data and advisory firm, where she developed extensive expertise in Calgary’s multi-family and purpose-built rental markets.
Her insights have been sought after at major industry events, including two Calgary Real Estate Forums and a Land and Development Conference in Toronto. She has also been featured in more than 25 publications, appeared on several primetime news segments, and was a nominee for Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40.
During her time in market research, Kimberly gained a comprehensive understanding of Calgary’s real estate landscape—visiting nearly every multi-family and purpose-built rental project in the city, while analyzing community-level trends and demographics. This in-depth perspective is particularly valuable when guiding newcomers to Calgary and helping them find the right community.
Beyond her work as a realtor, Kimberly co-hosts The Calgary Real Estate Podcast with her mom, where they share practical advice on buying and selling in Calgary. The podcast covers everything from Home Buying 101 to condo document reviews, market updates, and more.
Kimberly holds a degree in Urban Studies from the University of Calgary, where she was president of the Real Estate Students’ Association. She also completed an exchange in Graz, Austria, and interned with a multi-family development firm in Seattle.
Since becoming licensed in July 2021, Kimberly has been involved in more than 100 real estate transactions. She works with clients across all price points—from starter condos to luxury estates—while ensuring each client receives a premium, personalized experience.
