Aileen moved to Toronto in 1990 after having lived in Vancouver during her childhood and teenage years. She cut her teeth during the dot-com boom in the mid-90’s where she honed her skills in sales, negotiations, strategy and marketing. A consummate professional and a proven business executive, she is also a people person who enjoys solving complex problems. Hence, the move into real estate was a natural progression for her.
Furthermore, having worked for global companies to build their business in North America allowed Aileen to travel the world extensively. This fueled her early passion for fashion, architecture and décor, now a part of her DNA. She brings a unique perspective where her strong business acumen combined with a knack for lifestyle marketing, social media and obsession with design can best represent her clients’ properties with a distinctive point of view. Lastly, her flair for interiors enables her to see a new home’s full potential.
Currently residing in Forest Hill, Aileen has lived in all areas of the vibrant city she calls home – Etobicoke, King West, Waterfront and Yorkville. Her ethos is encompassed around the home being one’s sanctuary as well, a sound financial investment. Knowing these are critical components for any client’s decision, her guiding principles are firmly entrenched in being transparent, ethical and data- driven.
