Born and raised in Vancouver, Kevin's interest in Real Estate started at a very young age due to his mother being a realtor. Moving frequently became part of life, and by the age of 18 he had completed 16 moves across multiple areas of the Westside, West Vancouver and North Vancouver. Having lived across all of these areas, Kevin decided to help other people find the right neighbourhood for them in 2007 when he received his trading license.
Prior to being licensed, he worked with several top tier developers in their presale and home inspection divisions, and it is from this work Kevin honed his knowledge in construction, attention to detail and a passion for delivering on purchaser's high expectations.
Kevin started working with Will McKitka immediately and quickly formed a trusted partnership which has lasted since. As a top producing team Will and Kevin are not classified as "Listing Machines", by this, they explain they only ever take on a handful of listings at a time, which are aggressively marketed until they are sold. Will and Kevin specialize in marketing luxury residences in Vancouver and the North Shore. Knowing everything about a property is the key to selling it, and looking at every file every day, is the only way to invest yourself in its' success.
