She work for me not for her commission. All decisions were discussed and and she listen to my concerns. Every Sunday we had an open house to make sure it was being marketed in the best way we could. The home was priced correctly and was not overpriced. Some Realtors list a home with to high of a price and the result is several price drops are needed to sell the home but not in this case.
When a buyer was found she acted in a professional manner and we discussed the offer together taking in all my concerns . I didn't hesitant to say yes to the great offer.
